Job summary

MrQ in the United Kingdom is seeking a commercially minded Product Manager focused on growth. You will own how players find us, sign up and make their first deposit, coordinating with Marketing to run experiments that bring in the right players.

If you love funnels, tracking and conversion more than backlogs, this is the role for you. You’ll shape offers, drive web-to-app acquisition, and lead a cross-functional squad to deliver measurable ROI while complying with KYC and gambling rules.

Qualifications

• Growth experience in a consumer business such as iGaming, fintech or e-commerce.
• Commercial acumen with CPA, conversion, payback and LTV thinking.
• Martech know-how: tracking, tagging and attribution.
• Experience running A/B tests on funnels and interpreting results.
• Comfort with numbers and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to collaborate with performance, affiliates and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Run the full funnel from public site to sign-up, FTD and first-week activation.
• Shape welcome offers and Refer a Friend, testing for quality and volume.
• Drive web-to-app acquisition with proper install and attribution tracking.
• Set martech strategy with Marketing; ensure GDPR-compliant data flows.
• Run registration experiments and decide what ships.
• Lead an engineering and design squad focused on outcomes.
• Keep login, navigation and My Account fast and reliable.
• Ensure onboarding respects age/ID checks, GAMSTOP, geo restrictions and consent.
