Job summary

Stewart Johnson Partners Limited in Kettering, Northamptonshire, is recruiting a Lead Generation & Sales Support Executive to research prospective customers, make initial contact and arrange meetings for the senior commercial team. Approximately 60% of the role involves prospect research, outbound calls and emails; the remainder covers CRM administration, diary coordination and general office duties.

The position is permanent, full-time, office-based, five days per week with a 9:00am-5:00pm

Qualifications

• Strong telephone confidence and resilience when dealing with rejection or unanswered calls.
• Ability to perform frequent outbound calling and build rapport over the phone.
• Clear spoken and written communication with minimal supervision.
• Ability to learn and maintain a CRM system and keep records up to date.

Responsibilities

• Research suitable businesses, projects and decision-makers.
• Make outbound calls and introduce the company at a high level.
• Qualify initial interest and arrange relevant meetings.
• Send professional introductory and follow-up emails.
• Maintain accurate prospect, call and meeting records.
• Manage follow-up dates and ensure actions are completed.
• Support the sales process with accurate administration.
• Assist with diary management and general office duties.
