We are recruiting for a growing specialist construction contractor that delivers complex, high-quality projects across the UK. This position will support the company's continued growth by researching prospective customers, making professional initial contact and arranging qualified meetings for the senior commercial team.
The opportunity would suit someone with strong telephone confidence, resilience and organisation who wants to develop a career within lead generation and business development.

This is a lead-generation and coordination role. You will not be expected to prepare technical quotations, estimate projects, negotiate contracts or close sales independently.
You must be comfortable spending a substantial part of the working day making outbound telephone calls and able to remain confident and professional when dealing with rejection, unanswered calls and changing responses.
Experience in customer service, appointment setting, telesales, lead generation, recruitment, sales support or office administration would be useful. Construction-sector experience is advantageous but not essential.
