The role collaborates with internal teams to deliver excellent service and support long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales or Account Management is essential.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisation and administrative skills.

• IT Proficient.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute business development strategies to help create new business opportunities.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned accounts.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships through regular business reviews and performance check ins.
• Identify and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Support internal and external account managers with quotations, proposals and sales/ marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with production & finance to resolve issues.
• Manage onboarding, service delivery and escalations.
• Maintain accurate crm records.
• Track KPIs such as tonnage, ancillary sales and complain resolution.
• Conduct market and product analysis to support sales strategy.
