Brunswick Group seeks an FP&A Analyst to deliver timely, accurate analysis across UK and Europe from its London base. You will partner with leadership, growth and core services to shape reporting, drive insights and influence strategic decisions on a global scale.

The role emphasizes developing and coordinating value-added analysis, designing dashboards with Power BI, and delivering monthly, quarterly and annual insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a strategic/analytical role.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Advanced Excel skills with large data sets.
• Power BI/data reporting experience is highly beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Create insightful reporting and regular leadership packs.
• Collaborate with FP&A teams across the globe to align with firm strategy.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to surface opportunities and growth.
• Interpret analysis for non-financial stakeholders; explain drivers clearly.
• Support rollout of Power BI reporting across functions.
• Handle ad-hoc data requests to support BAU processes.
