Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support the UK Road Transportation FP&A and European FP&A activities. You will work with operations, commercial and finance teams to turn data into actionable insights, with a focus on automation and scalable reporting in a matrix, multinational environment.

The role offers a development path toward Senior Financial Analyst, with cross-country exposure and opportunities to influence budgeting, forecasting and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Fully qualified CIMA, ACA or ACCA.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly close, reporting and financial performance analysis for UK Road Transportation.
• Analyze revenue, margins, operating costs, headcount, fleet expenses and productivity.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and performance reviews.
• Investigate variances and provide recommendations.
• Support budgets, forecasts and long-range planning.
• Monitor KPIs and identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to translate drivers into financial insights.
• Contribute to European reporting and FP&A activities across Road Transportation and Freight Forwarding.
• Develop profitability and performance analysis by customer, country, business line and service.
• Build and enhance Power BI dashboards, financial models and self-service reporting.
