Job summary

Faculty seeks a FP&A Business Partner to underpin UK and international growth with robust financial planning, modelling and analysis. You will build models, evaluate opportunities and translate operational drivers into clear financial outcomes.

You will partner with senior leaders across commercial, delivery and operations, shaping planning, budgeting and forecasting, pricing and profitability. This is a highly commercial, collaborative role with exposure to international scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial modelling, scenario planning and strategic analysis to support growth and evaluate opportunities.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across commercial, delivery and operations to provide financial insight.
• Support planning, budgeting and forecasting translating drivers into financial outcomes.
• Analyse pricing, profitability and performance to identify opportunities for growth.
• Monitor key metrics and deliver actionable recommendations to improve performance.
• Support leadership with investment cases and strategic decisions across growth initiatives.
• Develop financial models to assess opportunities and different growth scenarios.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, forecasting and data analytics, using automation.
