Street Group in Manchester is seeking an FP&A Analyst to help shape our growing finance function. You’ll own the data behind FP&A outputs, turning figures into business insight for our board and investors.

Working closely with the FP&A Lead and finance team, you’ll build dashboards, support three-statement modelling, budgeting and rolling forecasts, and automate routine reporting using Claude to focus on strategic analysis.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in FP&A, commercial finance or analytical role.
• Able to explain numbers in plain language to non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience building driver-based budgets and forecasts.

Responsabilités

• Own the data behind FP&A outputs and inform business decisions.
• Draft monthly board and management packs and support investor reporting.
• Build dashboards to track commercial and financial performance and reconcile data across systems.
• Support three-statement modelling, budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Use Claude to automate routine reporting and modelling to focus on insights.
