Job summary

BDO UK is seeking an FP&A lead to drive our growth plan, coordinating the rollout of FP&A services across the business and delivering high-quality client work. The role targets scale-up and growth businesses, with a focus on identifying and converting new opportunities while managing expectations and portfolios.

Qualifications

• A professional accountancy qualification (ACCA/ACA) or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrable experience of delivering FP&A services.
• Business development experience.
• Experience of building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Problem solving and commercial management skills.
• Experience with a variety of FP&A tools as well as strong Excel and Power BI skills.
• Experience of working collaboratively in a team to deliver projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead role in executing our growth plan for FP&A, coordinating rollout to market and delivery of FP&A work across the business.
