Brunswick Group is seeking an FP&A Analyst, UK/Europe, based in London, to provide timely, accurate analysis to track performance and drive growth across the region.

The role sits in the global FP&A team, partnering with leadership, Growth & Performance, and Core Services to deliver insightful analytics and reporting.

Applicants should have a background in consulting or in-house analytics, with advanced Excel and Power BI experience, able to explain complex data to non-financial stakeholders.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in a strategic analysis role
• Proven analytical capabilities with financial data
• Excellent Excel skills and data modelling ability
• Strong verbal and written communication, able to present to non-financial stakeholders
• Experience working across multiple business functions (finance, marketing, HR)
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple workstreams under pressure
• Self-motivated team player with a collaborative mindset
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality analysis

Responsabilidades

• Create and develop insightful reporting for leadership packs
• Collaborate with FP&A team globally to align reporting with firm strategy
• Design reports to surface opportunities to improve performance and growth
• Demonstrate value of analysing internal data to stakeholders
• Drill into drivers of business performance and explain findings clearly
• Interpreting analyses with stakeholders and devising action plans
• Support rollout of new Power BI dashboards and reporting tooling
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests to support BAU processes across functions
