Antalis is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join our team. You will maintain and grow existing customer accounts, provide pricing and product information, and support Field Sales to expand the customer portfolio. Strong communication, a customer-first approach, and solid MS Office skills are essential.

• Confidence in sales and cross-selling with a customer-first approach
• PC literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Ability to prioritise workload and multitask activities
• Capability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Responsabilités

• Maintain and support existing customer accounts and encourage growth by recommending solutions and added value options in pricing, services and products.
• Respond to customer enquiries by providing prices, product information, quotes and samples.
• Use our CRM system to retain key information and communicate with the team.
• Support Field Sales in developing their customer portfolio and proactively selling products/services.
• Process Stock and Indent customer orders and ensure correct product is delivered on time.
