Antalis is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Advisor to maintain and grow existing customer accounts, provide pricing, product information, quotes and samples, and support Field Sales. You will use our CRM to manage key data and liaise with the wider team to maximize sales and profitability.

A customer-first approach and strong telephone skills are essential. Ideal candidates will be confident in cross-selling, proficient with MS Office, and able to multitask while delivering accurate, timely

Qualifications

• Confidence in sales and cross-selling with a customer-first approach.
• PC literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent telephone manner and strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload and multitask with accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and support existing customer accounts and encourage growth by offering added-value options in pricing, services and products.
• Respond to customer enquiries with prices, product information, quotes and samples.
• Use CRM to retain key information and communicate with the wider team.
• Support Field Sales in developing the customer portfolio and improving profitability.
• Process Stock and Indent orders to ensure the right product is delivered on time.
