Antalis is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Advisor to maintain and grow existing customer accounts, provide pricing, product information, quotes and samples, and support Field Sales. You will use our CRM to manage key data and liaise with the wider team to maximize sales and profitability.

A customer-first approach and strong telephone skills are essential. Ideal candidates will be confident in cross-selling, proficient with MS Office, and able to multitask while delivering accurate, timely

• Maintain and support existing customer accounts and encourage growth by recommending solutions and offering added value options in pricing, services and products.
• Respond to customer enquiries by providing prices, product information, quotes and samples.
• Use our customer relationship management system to retain key information, deepen your relationship with and communicate with the wider team.
• Support the activity of Field Sales in the development of their customer portfolio by proactively selling products/services, and contribute towards action plans for a specific customer portfolio to improve customer satisfaction, increase market share, and increase profitability.
