Job summary

THG is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Executive to support day-to-day management of affiliate programmes and publisher relationships. You will help develop the channel, drive new customer acquisition, and collaborate with the Affiliate Manager and broader marketing teams.

You will engage with strategic partners and agencies, monitor KPIs/ROIs, and participate in campaign planning and reporting to improve performance and cost efficiencies across THG’s affiliate channels.

Responsibilities

• Understand the affiliate marketing budget and analyse ROIs/KPIs.
• Drive new customer acquisition initiatives and partner outreach.
• Plan campaigns with publishers and quarterly campaign levels.
• Monitor performance and suggest optimisations for ROI.
• Develop relationships with partners, affiliates and agencies to boost brand awareness and performance.
• Recruit publishers and onboard new partners with the affiliate network.
• Conduct regular quality checks and vet new partnerships.
