Job summary

TFG London is seeking an Affiliate Marketing professional to support the performance marketing team across Hobbs, Phase Eight, Whistles and Inside Story. You will drive new customer acquisition and retention through the Partnerize affiliate platform, collaborating with internal teams to align activity with promotional calendars and KPIs.

You will manage partner onboarding, activation and optimisation, while negotiating commissions and expanding the programme with diverse partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within retail, ecommerce or fashion.
• Ability to manage affiliate partners and agencies with commercial awareness.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and optimize performance against KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Performance Marketing Manager with a strategic affiliate approach.
• Liaise with the Partnerize team to align objectives, campaigns and priorities.
• Own day-to-day affiliate programme management: onboarding, activation and optimisation.
• Drive campaign performance via Partnerize and optimise across key partner types.
