Job summary

THG is hiring an Affiliate Executive to support daily management of affiliate programmes and relationships with publishers. You will help expand the channel, analyse ROIs and KPIs, and drive new customer acquisition through effective partner outreach.

You will work with cross-functional teams to plan campaigns, vet new partnerships, and optimise collaborations to maximise brand performance across THG’s affiliate network.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of digital KPIs and ROI metrics.
• Ability to manage external partners and agencies.
• Strong negotiation to ensure channel cost efficiency.
• Performs well under pressure and delivers results.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of affiliate programmes.
• Manage multiple publisher relationships and campaigns.
• Develop the channel and assist the Affiliate Marketing Manager.
• Analyse ROIs, KPIs and suggest optimisations.
• Recruit publishers and onboard new partners with networks.
• Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and messaging.
