Job summary

THG is seeking an Affiliate Manager to grow and manage affiliate activity across European markets. Reporting to the Affiliate Lead, you’ll build strong publisher partnerships, develop campaigns tailored to local audiences, and use performance data to improve results.

You’ll work closely with local marketing teams and colleagues across ecommerce and creative to make the affiliate channel a meaningful contributor to customer acquisition and revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience managing affiliate or partnership activity for an ecommerce or consumer brand.
• Track record of growing partner relationships and improving commercial performance.
• Confident with affiliate platforms and performance reports.
• Strong negotiation, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding how customer behaviour varies across European markets.
• Data-led approach with ability to manage several campaigns at once.
• Experience in sports nutrition or lifestyle ecommerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of affiliate activity across assigned EU markets.
• Build relationships with publishers, content partners and other affiliates.
• Plan and deliver campaigns around product launches and local market opportunities.
• Negotiate terms and placements balancing growth with ROI.
• Monitor revenue, traffic, conversions and partner performance; derive actions.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and reporting; share progress with the Affiliate Lead.
• Collaborate with local teams to tailor campaigns and messaging per market.
• Ensure tracking, compliance and promotional accuracy.
