Job summary

TFG London is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive (Affiliates) to drive growth for our house of brands including Hobbs, Phase Eight, Whistles and Inside Story. You will support the Senior Manager in delivering a strategic affiliate marketing approach and own day-to-day affiliate programme activities via Partnerize.

You'll manage onboarding, activation, optimisation of partners (content, cashback, vouchers, influencers), collaborate with CRM, Ecommerce Trading and Brand teams, and monitor

Qualifications

• Proven experience with affiliate marketing in retail/ecommerce.
• Hands-on use of Partnerize or similar affiliate platforms.
• Exposure to Google, Meta ads and other paid channels.
• Strong understanding of affiliate partner types (content, cashback, vouchers, influencers).
• Experience managing partner and agency relationships and negotiations.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimise KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Performance Marketing Manager in delivering a strategic affiliate marketing approach.
• Own day-to-day management of the affiliate programme: onboarding, activation, optimisation.
• Coordinate with Partnerize team and ensure alignment with full-funnel strategy and KPIs.
• Negotiate commissions and drive incremental exposure for campaigns.
• Monitor performance data and work with partners/agency to maximise ROI.
• Collaborate with CRM, Ecommerce Trading and Brand teams to align activity with calendar.
