Christie Insurance in Milton Keynes is seeking an Account Executive in Renewals to advise clients on protecting their business assets and liabilities. You will review current coverage, assess changes in risk, and negotiate with insurers to provide the right, cost-effective policy for the coming year.

You will manage your own book, respond to client queries, identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and build lasting relationships with clients, insurers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Account Executive in Renewals within commercial insurance.
• Strong understanding of insurance fundamentals and marketplace.
• Proven ability to maintain and grow a client book.

Responsibilities

• Research and provide clients with up-to-date renewal information.
• Explain policy cover, terms, and conditions; liaise with claims as needed.
• Record communications with clients and insurers clearly.
• Identify and act on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service.
