The role emphasizes strategic account management, proactive client engagement, and adherence to regulatory and internal standards while building long-term trusted relationships with clients and networks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial insurance account management or sales.
• Desirable: Progress towards or completion of relevant insurance qualifications.
• Experience with insurance broking platforms (e.g., Acturis).

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth and manage client relationships across an allocated portfolio.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and retention.
• Understand client business, risk profiles and commercial priorities.
• Provide professional insurance advice and guidance to clients.
• Lead renewal discussions to achieve retention outcomes.
• Generate new opportunities through networks, referrals, and prospecting.
• Build a high-quality pipeline with disciplined activity.
• Ensure accurate handovers to Broking Operations for renewals and servicing.
• Collaborate with Broking Operations to resolve servicing matters promptly.
• Maintain compliant, auditable client records.
