Job summary

Quality Personnel is recruiting a Commercial Insurance Account Executive in Milton Keynes. You will manage and grow a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, develop your own pipeline, and provide expert insurance advice with support from an internal broking team.

The role emphasises relationship-building, networking, and hitting growth targets in a growing, entrepreneurial environment. Acturis experience would be a bonus, with progression toward professional qualifications encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial insurance preferred.
• Strong relationship-builder with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to identify opportunities and close new business.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial clients.
• Build trusted, long-term client relationships.
• Identify and win new business to grow the book.
• Develop your own pipeline through networking, referrals and introducers.
• Attend client meetings, networking events and industry functions.
• Provide professional advice across a range of commercial insurance products.
• Work with internal broking team to secure the right solutions for clients.
• Manage accounts with a focus on service, retention and growth, in line with FCA requirements.
