Job summary

smol is a UK-based, remote-scaleup seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing role to own day-to-day paid acquisition across Meta, Google and emerging channels. You will work closely with the Head of Performance Marketing to optimise campaigns, run structured tests and drive efficient customer acquisition.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing paid social and paid search campaigns.
• Proficient with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Data-driven and evidence-based decision making.
• Experience with experimentation and structured testing.
• Strong ability to communicate performance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google and other paid channels.
• Monitor and optimise campaign performance against CPA and CAC targets.
• Plan and execute structured creative testing programmes.
• Collaborate with creative team to develop testing hypotheses and briefs.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to scale winning concepts.
• Own weekly and monthly performance reporting with actionable insights.
• Partner with product, CRM, brand and data teams to improve the customer acquisition journey.
