Job summary

Zopa is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing professional to scale our current account acquisition through data-driven strategies across Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, TikTok and more. You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns, manage budgets, and drive measurable growth in a fast-moving fintech environment.

You will own day-to-day campaign operations, leverage attribution tools, and experiment with messaging and creative approaches to improve CAC, LTV and payback.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Experience with mobile-first acquisition and understanding of app vs web journeys.
• Comfort working with data and translating insights into action.
• Familiarity with attribution tools like AppsFlyer and measurement platforms.
• Commercial mindset focused on CAC, LTV and growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Shape and invest in digital acquisition strategies across channels.
• Manage day-to-day campaigns, pacing, forecasting and reporting.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Finance, Creative and Brand teams.
• Experiment with creative approaches and audience strategies.
