Job summary

Breathehr in Horsham is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to own the strategy, management, growth and efficiency of paid media channels, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn and Meta.

You will turn data into action across the full acquisition journey, from first click through activation and trial signups, collaborating with Growth, Content, SEO and Product Marketing to sharpen targeting, creative and measurement for sustained ARR growth.

Qualifications

• Experience owning performance marketing channels and driving multi-channel campaigns.
• Proven ability to improve efficiency and reduce CAC.
• Strong collaboration with Growth, Demand Generation, Content and Product Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance marketing engine across paid channels and develop multi-channel campaigns focused on measurable ROI.
• Drive trial growth by increasing volume and quality of trials and supporting activation and conversion.
• Manage paid search and social across Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn and Meta.
• Run A/B tests across keywords, ad copy, creative, audiences and other levers to improve performance.
• Collaborate with SEO, Growth, Content and Product Marketing teams to align campaigns and goals.
• Own monthly ARR targets and ensure paid activity contributes to business performance.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify root causes behind changes to drive improvements.
• Build and maintain automated reports and dashboards to make performance clear and actionable.
• Partner with Design and Growth to CRO test landing pages and improve click-to-trial signup conversion.
• Forecast and manage budgets to maximise ROI.
