Job summary

CV Screen in Coventry is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale performance across Paid Social, Paid Search and CRM. You will be highly analytical, commercially minded and passionate about creative-led growth, taking ownership of channel performance and testing to drive efficient growth.

This fully office-based role offers up to £60,000 per year depending on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package including share options and private healthcare.

Qualifications

• Ecommerce experience is highly desirable.
• Hands-on expertise across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads.
• Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify and GA4.
• Strong analytical, commercial and creative skills.
• Proven track record managing budgets and driving growth.
• Proactive, data-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own Paid Social, Paid Search and CRM strategy and execution.
• Manage campaigns, budgets, testing, optimisation and reporting.
• Drive creative testing using performance data and customer insights.
• Own CRM campaigns, segmentation and lifecycle flows.
• Track key KPIs and turn insights into profitable growth.
• Partner with Brand and Commercial teams to deliver trading goals.
