Recruitment Solutions (NW) Ltd in Manchester is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to lead the end-to-end paid and organic activation, driving customer acquisition, digital growth and profitability across all channels.

You will own the strategy, forecasting, ROI/ROAS benchmarks and collaborate with analytics, CRM, eCommerce and merchandising teams to maximize contribution and long-term growth. The role commands £70-80k DOE and onsite facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing £10m+ media budgets with accountability for ROI/ROAS.
• Strong acquisition metrics understanding and media mix modelling.
• Forecasting, budgeting and profit accountability for digital campaigns.
• Mastery of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and SEO.
• Deep experience in attribution modelling and analytics collaboration.
• Proven ability to drive upper-funnel marketing and long-term growth.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy across paid search, social, affiliates, programmatic, display, YouTube and SEO.
• Forecast traffic, spend, revenue, and contribution margin to support planning.
• Increase profitability by optimising campaigns, media buying and targeting.
• Lead upper-funnel initiatives and align with brand/CRM plans.
• Collaborate with analytics, data science and wider marketing teams to improve insights.
• Manage external agencies with KPI-driven contracts and performance reviews.
