Qualifications

• Interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Familiar with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platform.
• Creative eye with interest in engaging content.
• Strong communication and outreach to influencers.
• Highly organised with multiple project management skills.
• Proactive and hands-on in shoots and production.
• Collaborative across creative, marketing and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer behaviours to inspire Mindful Chef branding.
• Translate campaign briefs into creative briefs for Meta and Paid Social.
• Research influencer opportunities and build partnerships.
• Support planning and execution of creative content production.
• Analyze creative performance to inform iterations and learnings.
• Support ad copy and creative testing to boost engagement.
• Keep up with social trends and competitor creative.
• Organise creative assets and maintain content library.
• Share learnings across marketing and creative teams.
