Mindful Chef Ltd. in London is seeking a performance creative assistant to help shape social content and campaigns. You will work hands-on with Meta and other paid channels, brief creators, and support video shoots in a fast-growing startup.
The role suits a graduate or early-career candidate with a passion for content, social trends, and collaboration across marketing teams. Hybrid working from our Wandsworth office, with perks and a chance to impact brand performance.
As a proud B-Corp we focus on using business as a force for good. We do this by balancing out people and planet with profit. For every Mindful Chef recipe box bought we donate the equivalent of a school meal to a child in a less developed country (over 20 million meals donated and counting...) and we have also pledged to go Net Zero by 2030 but there are so many other initiatives that we would love to tell you about!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or early-career candidate who is passionate about content creation, social media, and understanding what makes content stand out. You will be hands-on in briefing creative for Meta and other Paid Social channels, sourcing and building relationships with creators and influencers, and supporting video shoots and other creative content production. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, curious about our customers, and excited to learn how creative drives performance.
A genuine interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing; internship, placement year, or personal project experience is a plus but not essential.
Some familiarity with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) as a platform, either professionally or as an engaged user.
A creative eye, with an interest in what makes content engaging and effective.
Strong communication skills, comfortable reaching out to and building relationships with influencers and creators.
Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
A proactive, can-do attitude, happy to get stuck into shoots and hands-on creative production.
Comfortable working collaboratively across teams, including creative, marketing, and external partners.
Develop a deep understanding of our customers behaviours and interests to be able to inspire and educate them on the Mindful Chef brand.
Working closely with the Growth Marketing team to translate campaign briefs into creative briefs for Meta and other Paid Social channels.
Researching new influencer and content creator opportunities, supporting outreach and building relationships to support ongoing partnerships and campaigns.
Supporting the planning and execution of creative content production, including on‑day assistance where needed.
Understanding results of creative performance to inform a creative feedback loop, gathering learnings from live campaigns to iterate and inform even better performing creative concepts.
Helping to increase ad engagement and conversion through supporting the ideation, testing, and learning of ad copy and creative.
Keeping up to date with social media trends, formats, and competitor creative to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Assisting with the organisation of creative assets, keeping our content library up to date.
Collaborating with the wider marketing and creative teams to share learnings, best practices, and support the execution of new ideas.
