Qualifications

• Interest in digital marketing and performance advertising; internships or personal projects welcome.
• Analytical mindset with comfort in numbers and spreadsheets; willingness to develop.
• Familiarity with Meta or Google Ads is a bonus.
• Empathetic, curious mindset focused on understanding customer motivations.
• Highly organised with ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive, keen to test ideas and learn from results.
• Collaborative across teams including creative, agencies and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of customer behaviours to educate and inspire about Mindful Chef.
• Support day-to-day PPC campaigns; monitor budgets and opportunities.
• Manage performance across Meta and paid social; track metrics and flag improvements.
• Assist with Affiliate partnerships and identify new opportunities.
• Assist with creative briefing and testing across Pinterest, Demand Gen and PMax.
• Contribute to regular performance reporting and dashboards.
• Learn to analyse campaign data, spot trends, and form recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative teams to share learnings and support new ideas.
