Job summary

Trust In SODA is seeking a Paid User Acquisition Lead to own and scale paid acquisition efforts across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Reddit, and emerging platforms. You will design, test, and scale a structured experimentation programme while partnering with senior leadership, product, and creative teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience managing paid acquisition for a high-growth consumer or prosumer software business.
• Strong knowledge of paid social advertising platforms and tracking/attribution frameworks.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and optimise CAC, activation, and retention.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the Experimentation Programme across channels, audiences, messaging, and creative formats.
• Design and run a structured paid acquisition testing roadmap from hypothesis to scaling.
• Collaborate with product and creative teams to brief, test, and iterate ad creatives.
• Establish tracking, attribution, and reporting frameworks across the user journey from acquisition to retention.
