Job summary

1FIT is seeking a hands-on Paid Acquisition lead to own Meta and Google campaigns from structure to scaling. You will manage end-to-end paid media, measure success with robust analytics, and report ROI-driven results directly to the founder.

You'll collaborate with a Content Producer to run rapid creative tests and decide spend based on what earns attention. This role demands a pragmatic, data-driven marketer who thrives with minimal marketing team support.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in paid acquisition with budget responsibility.
• Analytically honest and upfront about performance.
• Deep hands-on experience with Meta and Google ads.
• Fluent in GA4, Conversion APIs, and iOS14 attribution realities.
• Comfortable with subscription economics: cohorts, churn, payback.
• Strong creative judgement and ability to brief effectively.
• Able to operate with minimal marketing team support.

Responsibilities

• Own Meta and Google end to end: structure, targeting, testing, budget.
• Set up proper measurement: conversion tracking, server-side events, defensible attribution.
• Report on CAC, trial-to-paid, payback period and LTV to CAC (not impressions).
• Lead a disciplined creative testing program with the Content Producer.
• Improve post-click flow: landing pages and signup process.
• Build a scalable paid program and justify when to expand channels.
• Explore new channels once core performance is proven.
