Job summary

Practicus, on behalf of a fast-growing B2C scale-up in Central London, seeks a standalone Head of Growth & Performance to own customer acquisition. This hands-on role blends tool-driven execution with strategic input, leveraging a modern tech stack to move quickly.

The role demands deep expertise in paid media across Google, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok, plus an eye for unconventional channels and rapid experimentation to improve CPL and LTV/CAC ratios.

Qualifications

• In-house B2C growth experience with end-to-end acquisition.
• Hands-on operator who works directly on the tools.
• Strong AI literacy and mastery of core marketing stack.
• Curiosity about consumer behavior and non-traditional channels.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize performance across Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok.
• Explore podcasts, partnerships, communities, creators, and GEO.
• Own full funnel: acquisition, conversion, CPL, scaling LTV/CAC from 2 to 3.
• Integrate AI tools and automate workflows to operate with a multi-person team.
• Build an agile test-and-learn engine to double down on winners fast.
