Job summary

AWD online is seeking a Paid Media Executive to support paid social and digital advertising campaigns across platforms while driving customer acquisition, revenue and brand reach.

This data-driven role requires hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, plus experience with Google Ads or YouTube. You will analyse performance, collaborate with creative teams, and contribute to weekly and monthly reports in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• Numbers-driven approach with strong attention to detail.
• Interest in performance marketing and data-led decision making.
• Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Experience with Snapchat, Pinterest, Google Ads or YouTube advantageous.
• Strong grasp of ROAS, CPA, conversion rate and ROI metrics.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Set up, launch and manage paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest.
• Support YouTube Ads activity to drive brand awareness.
• Collaborate with paid media and creative teams to test audiences and ad copy.
• Monitor budgets, spend and KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC) daily.
• Analyse data using GA4 or similar tools and report findings.
