Job summary

Zopa is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing to own growth strategy for new-to-bank customers and optimise spend across channels. You will lead a high-performing in-house team, partnering with Marketing, Product, Data and Lifetime Value, reporting to the Chief Customer Officer.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, driving experimentation, attribution and incremental value while maintaining scalable profits.

Qualifications

• Proven track record scaling customer acquisition via performance marketing.
• Experience across major performance channels with emphasis on incrementality and value.
• Experience managing large budgets, agencies and senior stakeholders.
