Job summary

Zopa Bank is seeking a senior B2B marketing leader to build and scale a new business-facing marketing capability. You will partner with Product, Commercial and Marketing to drive launches, a consolidated proposition and a scalable website, plus early content and sales enablement.

You will lead a multi-faceted marketing function focused on Retail Finance, Payments, Partnerships and Auto Finance, owning strategy, budgets and a high-impact demand engine.

Qualifications

• Significant B2B marketing experience across complex propositions with multiple decision-makers.
• Experience building or scaling a demand engine across direct and partner-led channels.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product Marketing on propositions and go-to-market.
• Experience leading integrated marketing plans and budgets across campaigns, content, digital and partnerships.
• Commercial approach to measurement and attribution with evidence-based prioritisation.
• Practical experience using AI/automation to improve insight, execution and productivity.
• Experience leading and developing a team and working with agencies and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Define the B2B marketing strategy, priorities, annual plan and budget aligned to Commercial and Product priorities.
• Identify sectors, audiences and opportunities where Marketing can maximize impact using customer and market insight.
• Build an integrated demand engine from awareness to Sales handover with measured enrichment of opportunities.
• Own partner, channel and strategic partnership marketing and develop go-to-market activity.
• Create coherent buyer and partner experiences with Product Marketing on propositions and launches.
• Build and lead a growing B2B marketing function in an early-stage environment with clear priorities.
• Develop an AI-centric operating model across research, campaigns, content, production, and measurement.
• Establish leadership-trusted metrics linking activity to pipeline and revenue.
