Qualifications

• Proven track record of winning business in facilities services or related sectors.
• Experience leading bids from concept to contract award.
• Strong ability to secure new contracts and grow revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across public and private sectors.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Lead tender and bid processes from identification through to submission and award.
• Develop senior-level relationships with prospective clients.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and service contracts.
• Work with operations to mobilise new business.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to the board.
