Whitestone Resourcing is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to drive growth and secure new contracts across public and private sectors.

Reporting to the owners, you will own the growth strategy, lead bids from concept to award, and build senior client relationships while working closely with operations to mobilise new business. Hybrid working and significant autonomy are on offer.

Formación

• Significant business development experience within Facilities Management, Contract Cleaning or a related service environment.
• Proven track record of securing new contracts and growing revenue.
• Strong public sector tendering experience.
• Experience leading bids from concept to contract award.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to winning work.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and executing a strategic business development plan.
• Identifying and converting new business opportunities across public and private sectors.
• Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Leading tender and bid processes from identification through to submission and award.
• Developing senior-level relationships with prospective clients.
• Negotiating commercial agreements and service contracts.
• Working closely with operational leadership to mobilise new business.
• Providing market intelligence, commercial insight and strategic recommendations to the board.
