The Cumberland is seeking a Groups Planner to manage group reservations from contract signing to delivery, ensuring client needs are anticipated and met for a seamless hotel experience.

This floating role supports all group hotels across London, requiring flexibility and a proactive, service‑minded approach. You’ll work with Excel, Opera PMS, and Opera Sales & Catering, delivering outstanding customer service in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

• Support all hotels within the group on a floating basis to meet varying location needs.
