Position: Events and Groups Sales Co-ordinator

We are currently recruiting for an Events and Groups Sales Co-ordinator to support our Events and Groups team with administration, communication, sales processes, and event logistics.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Support the department by coordinating communications, assisting with sales leads, and managing event logistics.
2. Respond promptly to client inquiries, prepare proposals, contracts, and event orders.
3. Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
4. Assist with site inspections, client walkthroughs, fam trips, and follow-up for post-event feedback.
5. Manage internal bookings efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in 4 or 5-star hotels.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if required.
