Job description

We are seeking an Audio Sales Coordinator to join our Agency Sales Team in London.

As the Audio Sales Coordinator, your responsibilities will include managing all audio airtime briefs across a portfolio of key London media agencies. You will uphold our reputation for outstanding customer service through efficient turnaround of airtime planning requests, providing sales solutions based on insight and knowledge, and driving revenue growth alongside the sales teams. Enthusiasm, passion, and attention to detail are essential. Career progression within the sales department is possible for driven and ambitious individuals.

What You’ll Be Doing
  1. Planning, booking, and managing all radio airtime campaigns, ensuring compliance with agency deal parameters and inventory targets.
  2. Monitoring national agency and client spend, identifying revenue opportunities.
  3. Supporting Account Managers/Directors with reporting and delivering Post Campaign Analysis.
  4. Maximizing agency expenditure by questioning briefs and providing creative, insightful responses aligned with campaign objectives, supported by research.
  5. Following up on proposals with excellent negotiation skills to maximize opportunities for both the agency and Bauer.
  6. Driving sales initiatives and focus areas to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  7. Delivering exceptional customer service through accurate and efficient campaign turnaround.
  8. Providing agencies with competitor reports, programming updates, RAJAR figures, and ad-hoc requests.
  9. Offering support to fellow agency groups when needed.
