Sitting within ourRetail and Fleet Sales team here at Daimler Trucks UK, we have an excitingTruck Sales Coordinator opportunity waiting just for you. Reporting into theTruck Sales Team Leader, you will support them in providing and supporting all Truck Sales divisions with essential day to day data & reporting needed for business performance and continuity.

More about the role

Sales Performance / Data Management & Reporting:

  • Produce daily Dealer tracking reporting for COI, this is an integral part of the day to day reporting tracking in ensuring correct Sales Channel and customer naming conventions are accurate. Working closely with Dealer Admin Teams and ensuring they update systems as requested.
  • Registrations and Wholesales. Work closely with Dealer partners and DDM and KAM Teams in ensuring data is 100% accurate.
  • Prepare monthly /or adhoc reports required by validating/preparing dealer sales data.
  • Able to support in preparing and issuing monthly Dealer Bonus Model performance tracking reports.
  • Issuing of Dealer Bonus payments and statements.
  • Updating of V55 registrations.

Sales Classification Data Classification Management

  • Maintain the Sales Classification Tool, project manage revisions for annual upload of revised O-license data. This is to involve management presentation, alignment and approval on customer classifications.

Central Customer Database (Data Quality)

  • Take on the role of Data Steward - attend weekly Data Steward meetings, liaise with other DS’s in other markets and share best practice
  • Daily maintenance and updates to Central Customer Database (CCDB) i.e. solving duplicate customer accounts etc. or managing dealer requests regarding duplication
  • Provide a pivotal role in working with other areas of DTUK business teams which impacts on quality of data in CCDB. New systems will be linking to the CCDB in the future and it is imperative that the high standard of data quality and management is consistent across all areas of the business.

CStar Sales Programme

  • Administer the CStar dealer platform. Preparation of monthly reporting for Sales Leadership and DDM Teams.
  • Attend and participate in DTAG Working Groups, providing feedback / proposing improvements
  • Work closely with Customer Service & Parts (CSP) team in ensuring the CStar programme is administered seamlessly between Sales & Aftersales. Maintenance of shared mailbox.
  • Manage Dealer queries regarding data and/or customer feedback.
  • Attend and participate in DTAG Working Groups, providing feedback / proposing improvements
  • Providing analysis on dealer performance and data submission, work alongside DDM and dealer in ensuring 100% engagement.
  • Dealer Training and support where necessary.

Campaign Management / Reward and Recognition Programmes:

  • Manage Compete and Win Programme.
  • Manage dealer sanctions / register new participants.
  • Attend bi-weekly progress meetings with DTAG.
  • Management of Dealer Sales Exec queries.
  • Prepare PO’s for rewards supplier and manage budgets etc.

Support Head of Retail and Fleet Sales

  • Management of Team Meetings both monthly and weekly.
  • Attend meetings and prepare action plans and circulate.
  • Publication on Extranet / EasyNews – news letters / Dealer Exchange notes on behalf of management team.


Qualifications

About you

  • Be well rounded and have full knowledge of all daily business requirements, not limited to: SAP BI for daily reports, management and maintenance of Sales Channel Classification Tool and Dealer/Customer databases, OWS, DAPT, Oasis for vehicle specific enquiries.
  • Be able to work independently and manage shared mailboxes.
  • Experience in supporting large teams with day to day demands.
  • Advanced working experience and capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong Credit Control and/or Financial/Accounting abilities to own support in monthly connectivity billing.
  • SAP software experience would be preferred.
  • The ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats in a polite and professional manner to local business partners (e.g. Dealers), Daimler counterparts (e.g. Stuttgart HQ), internal peers and colleagues and our final End Customers.
  • Strong numerical awareness, accuracy, and ability to identify errors and implement fixes.
  • Ability to handle queries/deliver premium customer service support in a timely manner.
