Job summary

Great Scotland Yard Hotel, part of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, is seeking a Groups & Events Coordinator to support group bookings and events from enquiry to execution. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure flawless delivery and exceptional guest experiences in central London.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and detail oriented person with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in hotel environment and events, sales, reservations or guest services is beneficial.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and administrative systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate group and event bookings across hotel systems.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, event documentation and client correspondence.
• Coordinate event logistics including rooming lists and guest requirements.
• Create, amend and distribute Event Orders for operational teams.
• Act as a link between clients and hotel departments to support planning and delivery.
• Organise internal meetings and prepare supporting documentation.
• Produce reports and maintain accurate records in sales/events systems.
• Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally in line with standards.
