• Must have experience supporting groups, events or hotel sales operations.

• Ability to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Provide clients with expert knowledge of the hotel's products, services and event spaces.
• Support groups and events sales enquiries across Corporate, Social, Conference and MICE.
• Prepare meeting and events proposals, contracts, BEOs and manage group rooming lists using Envision and Reserve.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, F&B and operations to maximise revenue and brand.
• Assist with client show rounds, office visits, FAM trips, trade shows and post-event follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate sales data, assist with sales and competitor reports and market research.
• Support the development and execution of groups and events sales strategies and action plans.
