Strand Palace, in central London, is seeking a Groups Administrator to maximize hotel revenue and guest satisfaction by ensuring accuracy on all group bookings. You’ll support the Reservations team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service within a renowned hotel culture.

The role focuses on accurate group handling, timely reporting, and collaboration with departments to minimize revenue risk while maintaining strong forecast accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Manage all tasks in a timely fashion, ensuring deadlines are met and maintain excellent time management.
• Work independently and make decisions to ensure smooth running of the groups.
• Report on all none arrivals to Reservations Supervisor/Manager promptly.
• Ensure group arrivals are checked daily with accurate accounting/billing instructions communicated to relevant departments to minimize revenue risk and forecast inaccuracy.
• Monitor open folios to minimise revenue loss for the hotel.
