Hotel Co 51 Germany GmbH in Edinburgh is seeking a Receptionist/Bartender (Crew Member) to deliver warm, efficient service in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and operate Food & Beverage outlets in line with Moxy standards.

The role requires energetic, proactive team players who communicate clearly in English and enjoy creating a relaxed, engaging atmosphere for guests.

Formación

• Experience in the service industry
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
• Familiarity with hotel systems Opera and/or Micros
• Personal travel Industry experience

Responsabilidades

• Help guests and create positive experiences
• Manage hotel room inventory and check guests in/out
• Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way
• Handle bills and payments accurately
• Prepare food, clean, restock and organize back-of-house areas
• Follow all safety policies and licensing laws
• Support fellow Crew Members and follow Crew Leaders
• Promote the Moxy brand and Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program

Gross salary: £13.13 per hour

Full time contract

Confident communicator comfortable in a fast-paced service focused role.

Proactive problem solver and team player, who builds a fun and relaxed environment that makes guests feel at home.

Main Tasks & responsibilities

• Helping guests and creating positive experiences
• Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy way
• Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way
• Manage all bills and payments correctly
• Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries and organize BOH areas
• Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely
• Supporting other Crew Members and follow direction from Crew Leaders
• Promote and support the Moxy brand & the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program
  

We're looking for someone with Moxie, which is all of these things:

• Have high energy and a fearless do-it-yourself attitude
• Good with people and enjoy chatting with guests
• Skilled multi tasker who can balance hard work with great service
• Know being relaxed isn't the same as being lazy
• Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus!)

Useful Experience

• Experience within the service industry
• Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
• Personal experience of travel & travel industry
