Job summary

NG Bailey Group in Leeds is recruiting a Finance Manager - Group Reporting to support financial reporting and communications to the Board, senior management and shareholders. You will translate complex information into clear reports and presentations, coordinating the monthly consolidated accounts and supporting the forecasting process.

The role offers exposure to governance activities, audit coordination and improvements in reporting quality, working with senior stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified or recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with experience in practice or industry.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear messages for senior audiences.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Transform complex financial data into clear, audience-appropriate reports and presentations for senior leaders and shareholders.
• Prepare and coordinate Board, committee and senior management papers and analyses.
• Support monthly consolidated management accounts and Group reporting processes.
