Group Reporting Manager

Cedar is supporting a global cybersecurity business on their search for a Group Reporting Manager. This innovative company operates a collaborative and forward‑thinking culture, and the organisation is scaling rapidly and offers a hybrid working environment from offices located conveniently in central London.

Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, this role is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong finance professional to take ownership of key reporting functions. You'll be central to delivering high-quality financial reporting and enhancing internal controls, while also contributing to strategic initiatives and process improvements across a growing international business.

Base pay range

£85,000.00‑£95,000.00

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated reporting packs.
• Support the preparation of external filings, including annual statutory accounts and regulatory submissions.
• Lead on maintaining the compliance risk register and internal controls testing (SOX and non‑SOX).
• Advise on IFRS matters, including drafting technical accounting memos and supporting complex transactions.
• Collaborate across global finance teams and the wider business to drive operational efficiencies.
• Provide leadership on ad hoc finance projects and support international expansion initiatives.

About You

• Fully qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Strong technical accounting skills, particularly IFRS.
• Experience in a global, multi‑currency, multi‑entity environment.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced and evolving organisation.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
