Job summary

Sharp Consultancy, partnering with a global technology business in Leeds, seeks a Group Finance Manager to lead the management accounts team and oversee group reporting.

The role focuses on commercial performance, financial insight, forecasting and driving improvements in reporting quality and efficiency, with exposure to senior leadership and international operations.

Qualifications

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification required.
• Strong management accounting and group reporting experience.
• Proven experience leading and developing a finance team.
• Strong understanding of month-end, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Experience producing high-quality management information for senior leadership.
• Experience in a complex, multi-entity, multi-site or international environment.
• Track record of improving processes, controls and reporting.
• Confident operating at both a strategic and detailed level.
• Experience in a fast-paced, growing or acquisitive business.

We’re delighted to be partnering with a well-established global technology business based in Leeds to recruit a Group Finance Manager.

This is a senior position with responsibility for leading the management accounts team and overseeing accurate and timely reporting across the wider group. The role offers strong exposure to senior leadership, with a focus on commercial performance, financial insight, forecasting and driving improvements in the quality and efficiency of management reporting.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Senior leadership position within the Group Finance function

• Responsibility for leading the Management Accounts team
