CYFOR Group is seeking an exceptional Group Operations Director to join the Executive Board and lead scalable, high-performing operations across our fast-growing business. You will translate growth ambitions into robust structures, processes, systems and capabilities, managing high-volume client engagements and multidisciplinary delivery teams.

The role demands operational discipline, visibility and accountability, with hands-on leadership to balance process rigor with entrepreneurial agility.

Formación

• Senior operational leadership at director/board level.
• Experience in consulting, technology, or professional services.
• Experience introducing structure, discipline and governance to growing businesses.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, multi-work-stream operations.
• Strong capacity planning, resource management and productivity improvements.
• Experience designing KPIs, reporting frameworks and forecasting.
