Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to direct operations across multiple service lines, ensuring delivery of contractual obligations and high performance. You will lead teams, set objectives, and partner with finance, compliance and safety to uphold CBRE standards.

This role requires influencing stakeholders, driving continuous improvement and representing the account in senior leadership and governance forums to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Accountable for leadership, development and performance of operational teams.
• Establish, monitor and deliver departmental objectives, priorities and deadlines.
• Drive operational excellence and efficiency across service lines.
• Oversee subcontracted services and move to self-delivery where advantageous.
• Collaborate with Compliance, EHS, Finance and other support functions.
• Represent the Regional Facilities Director in client governance meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational teams including workforce planning, recruitment, coaching and annual reviews.
• Establish, monitor and deliver departmental objectives, priorities and deadlines.
• Drive operational excellence and efficiency across all service lines.
• Oversee day-to-day operational activities to meet contractual obligations and SLAs.
• Collaborate with Operational Excellence, Compliance, EHS, Finance and other support functions.
